The Competition Authority has granted permission for the acquisition of the sole control of Volt Management Consultancy Inc., currently controlled by Abdulhaluk SANCAK, Abdulhamit SANCAK, Mesut SANCAK, Seyfettin SANCAK, Metin SANCAK, and Sadi SANCAK, by WEG Holding B.V., which is currently controlled by WEG S.A.
