Minister Tunç: "Death of FETÖ Leader Will Not Hamper Our Fight Against the Terrorist Organization"

Justice Minister Tunç emphasized that the death of the FETÖ leader would in no way hinder the determination in the fight against the terrorist organization, stating that the struggle would continue with the same resolve and determination. He underlined that the fight against this organization, which continues to be a major national security issue against Turkey, is not limited to the FETÖ leader but will proceed with all its elements and extensions. Minister Tunç stated, "The legal proceedings against FETÖ members will continue with the same determination, unaffected by this death, as trials and international judicial mechanisms against the organization's leaders and members will be pursued." Tunç pointed out that the Republic of Turkey, with all its institutions and organizations, especially the judiciary, will never desist from clearing the remnants of this treacherous network that has declared war on national sovereignty, stating, "Every necessary step will continue to be taken for the peace and security of our nation, and every member of the treacherous organization will inevitably face Turkish justice."
