Minister Bolat: "We Place Great Importance on Boosting Mutual Investments and Bilateral Trade Volume with Ukraine"

The Minister of Trade, Ömer Bolat, held a significant meeting with Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Andrii Sybiha. The meeting highlighted strengthening trade relations between the two countries and increasing mutual investments.

Following the meeting, Bolat emphasized Turkey’s commitment to its relations with Ukraine via a statement on the X platform. He underscored their determination to strengthen the commercial ties between Turkey and Ukraine and to increase trade volume, indicating that their efforts in this direction would continue.

Turkey’s support for Ukraine's territorial integrity

Bolat expressed that Turkey has always supported Ukraine's territorial integrity, stating that establishing lasting peace in the region holds great importance not only in political terms but also in economic and trade relations.

Bolat noted that achieving lasting peace would have a positive impact on Turkey, which is among the countries exerting effort for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
