Esas Holding Sells Approximately 19.2 Million Shares of Pegasus

Foreks - Esas Holding, the main shareholder of Pegasus (IS:PGSUS), has sold approximately 19.2 million shares, representing about 3.85% of Pegasus's capital. According to a statement made to KAP, the transaction was priced at 217.53 TL per share, which reflects a discount of 7.0% compared to Pegasus's last closing price before the transaction, allowing Esas Holding to achieve a gross income of 4.2 billion TL from this sale. The statement mentions that the sale was conducted at the direct request of two international institutional investors and one international financial investor based outside Turkey.
