Akmerkez GYO Wins "Highest Dividend Distribution per Share" Award at the 19th GYODER Real Estate Summit

Foreks - Akmerkez GYO (IS:AKMGY) has once again received the “Dividend per Share Highest Dividend Paying REIT Award” at the GYODER Real Estate Summit.

The 19th GYODER Real Estate Summit took place on November 6, 2024, at Rixos Tersane Istanbul with the motto “Restart.” At the summit, Akmerkez reinforced its leading position in the industry by receiving the “Dividend per Share Highest Dividend Paying REIT Award” again, which it also won last year.

The summit brought together representatives from the real estate sector, leading names from the business world, and expert speakers to discuss the transformations and developments in the real estate field. Critical issues such as the future of the sector and sustainable construction were addressed under the “Restart” theme.

Hakan Tümkaya, General Manager of Akmerkez GYO, received the award. At this year’s summit, Akmerkez crowned its success by winning the “Dividend per Share Highest Dividend Paying REIT Award” again, which it received in 2023 at the same summit.
