TANKER REPORT: 37 Tankers Docked at Black Sea Ports
In the Black Sea ports, there are a total of 37 tankers that represent the first step for oil arriving in the region to reach the world via the Istanbul and Dardanelles Straits. According to a report prepared by Tribeca Maritime Services and shared via email, 19 of the tankers are classified as aframax, 15 as suezmax, and 2 as panamax. Considering the tankers that have not yet docked at the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is reported to be 48. The Russian ports of Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Georgia's Supsa are the locations where tankers are docking in the Black Sea. Currently, there are 29 tankers at Novorossiysk, 4 at Taman, 3 at Kavkaz, and 1 at Tuapse. There are no tankers at Supsa.
