MARKET OUTLOOK - Citi Expects Copper to Temporarily Rise to $10,000 Next Week

Citi stated that copper could temporarily rise to $10,000 per ton next week in the event of easing in China and the Fed, or if Trump wins, leading to broader equity risk, or if Harris wins, resulting in reduced tariff concerns. In its assessment, Citi also updated aluminum consumption in the photovoltaic industry, forecasting an annual growth of 5% to reach 5.8 million tons in 2024.
