TANKER REPORT - 29 Tankers Currently in Black Sea Ports

In the Black Sea ports, there are a total of 30 tankers, marking the first leg of the journey for oil coming to the region to reach the world through the Istanbul Strait and the Dardanelles Strait. According to a report prepared by Tribeca Maritime Services and shared via email, 19 of the tankers are classified as aframax, 8 as suezmax, and 2 as panamax. Taking into account the tankers that have not yet approached the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is noted to be 40. The ports in Russia where tankers are docked in the Black Sea include Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Supsa in Georgia. Currently, 21 tankers are docked in Novorossiysk, 4 in Taman, 3 in Kavkaz, and 1 in Tuapse. There are no tankers in Supsa.
